2002 -2004: Our Director, Wandile Nxumalo was employed at Matsapha (eSwatini) Occupational Health Services (now under Clinic Group), where the company Solutions..byGad! was operating.

Duties of that job were to test the code of software and maintain the infrastructure of the clinic's entire operations. Solutions.. byGad! was a comprehensive software package and essentially an ERP package; containing all modules required to process the clinics processes. The system catered for all department processes in one single package.

2009: Wandile developed an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for Mkhiwa Clinic located in Manzini, eSwatini. This was one of Maestro IT's first consulting opportunities; and unfortunately due to lack of project management experience, this project did not succeed.

2017 - 2021: Wandile was the Senior Programmer/Analyst for the Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) unit, under the eSwatini Ministry of Health. Duties revolved around supervising the team of developers working under the Ministry of Health, and collaborating with other developers working on eSwatini's Client Management Information System (CMIS), as Scrum Master of the CMIS development team. This system is currently deployed at about 80% of government facilities, with the target of 100% deployment in the near future.
